Slow Water Moving Fast.
Give a camera to any photographer, and eventually they will take a picture of running water to make it silky smooth. The trick is to use a tripod, an ND8 filter, and the correct time exposure. If you use a camera like a Pentax 67, you have to use a cable release and the mirror lock up as well as doing the math in your head to get the correct shutter time. It's fun, most of these shots are taken in the summer with green in the background. This was taken in the late fall, if you look close at a 16 x 20" print you can see ice on the edges.
